William "DON" Manzo
Born Domenick William Manzo in Wood Ridge New Jersey, a resident of Rutherford for 29 years, passed away March 23, 2009. Early on Don Manzo became the "go to" guy for the most sought after guitar lessons in North Jersey. His genius talent and teaching style is considered the reason that many professional North Jersey musicians are where they are today. In addition to teaching music for over 35 years, and playing in a band named Fantasy for 28 years, Don worked as a Warehouse Supervisor for Gucci in Secaucus. Beloved husband of Maggie. Loving father of Steven and Tara. Cherished grandfather of Dorothea Jean. Devoted son of the late Domenick and Iva Jean Manzo.
